BREEDING CONSISTENCY
In six recent years, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Verdant produced the most AKC champion Norwich terriers in the USA. This is a measure of a kennels success in consistently breeding high quality dogs that meet conformation standards for a given breed. Unlike many breeders, for the most part, we and those who buy our dogs, put the championship titles on the dogs ourselves. Meaning we show against professionals who often have great influence with the judges.

Toby earned his AKC Championship at the Sacramento KC show held in Lodi. The 4 days of shows amassed the second largest Norwich terrier entry in California this year. He also was awarded Group 3 Owner Handled dog. Toby will now stay home and mature before he competes in future Best of Breed competitions.
